Days Ahead was born from a personal realization: how distant you can become from your own story when you're not living it in the first person.
The question became — what could I achieve if I made my own story my favorite? If I took the past, applied it to the present, and used both to build the future I actually want to live in?
Exploring how that belief could transform not just individual lives, but workplace culture, performance, and lasting behavior change is what led me to pursue a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology — researching, developing, and publishing the First Person Framework, rooted in both academic study and lived experience.
