Days Ahead was born from a personal realization: how distant you can become from your own story when you're not living it in the first person.
The question became — what could I achieve if I made my own story my favorite? If I took the past, applied it to the present, and used both to build the future I actually want to live in?
To explore how that belief transforms not just personal lives, but workplace culture, performance, and lasting behavior change, I'll be pursuing a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology — researching, developing, and publishing the First Person Framework, rooted in both research and lived experience.
